Presenting itself with an innovative and agile team, KCSIT is a company in the area of technology consulting that offers its customers dedicated professionals, specialized and able to raise any project to the top. Therefore, it recognizes Quality as a key factor for the strategic and sustained development of the company, committing to develop, maintain and improve its Quality Management System in order to:
- Ensure transparency of information and mutual respect of the relationships it establishes with stakeholders;
- Identify and meet customer needs by providing an excellent service, promoting the creation of value with its customers and other stakeholders;
- To continuously improve the management system, the quality of services and the operation of processes in order to promote an increase in efficiency and profitability, an increase in competitiveness and an increase in customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Promote a favorable environment for teamwork, as well as the awareness of all its employees for their involvement with the QMS;
- Maintain a quality management system, according to the requirements of the ISO9001 standard, in compliance with the applicable legislation and contractual requirements.
Thus, the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system is a tool for the evolution of the tool for the evolution of the company's activity, in order to achieve the objectives and goals defined on an annual basis.
